The Seminoles Prediction – 2014

State Seminoles will be looking to capture a second championship in the past two years. However this year will not be quite different than previous years. The BCS (Bowl Championship Series) is no longer around and teams will no longer be judged by a computer system but rather by votes entering them into a playoff system. The Florida State Seminoles are recognized as the team with the highest chance of winning the National Championship this year. Florida State, who went undefeated last year, will be returning 13 starters from a team who was ranked either No. 1 or No. 2 in nearly every category in NCAA football. The 2013 season was most definitely one for the books, but will the upcoming 2014 season be as impressive as its predecessor?

If the Florida State Seminoles were to repeat it would be safe to say that the main man Jameis Winston will be playing a fundamental part in that success. The 2013 Heisman Trophy winner will have a lot of work to do if he wants to perform as well as he did last season and potentially bring the Seminoles atop of college football once again. After looking at last year’s stats one would think it would be nearly impoสมัครufabetเว็บแม่  ssible to perform that well again. However, with the leadership of Jimbo Fisher and the strength of the men in front of Winston, we may see a similar or even better performance in 2014. The aforementioned Offensive Line of the Florida State Seminoles will also play a key role in the success of the Seminoles. Four experienced starters will be returning to the offensive line, two of which will most likely be first-round picks in the NFL next year. Although the Seminoles did have some weak spots within the offensive line last year, the experience of the starters accompanied with the poise of Winston while he’s in the pocket will make this offensive line very hard to penetrate. Lastly, one more reason that could push the Seminoles to the top will be the fact that they had one of the top recruiting classes in the country. If one looks at past teams who have won multiple championships in a short period of time, recruiting was always one of the top priorities of the coaching staff on those teams. Florida State’s head coach, Jimbo Fisher, has signed two top-five recruiting classes and with the success of the Seminoles, is on track to sign many more.

Although repeating history has proven to be incredibly tough, the Seminoles will still have a good chance of doing just that. Their schedule will be harder than last year’s, but with more experience and hopefully no major injuries this will not pose a problem to the Seminoles. Even if the Seminoles lose one regular season game the chances of making it to the new playoff system will still be quite hig
